Caerwen Cottages

The Accommodation

Caerwen consists of two cottages, both tastefully modernised and decorated and furnished to a high standard whilst retaining their original charm. Each cottage sleep up to 6 people and are available for separate bookings or can be booked together. All of the rooms to the front of the cottages enjoy fantastic sea views over the harbour and St Brides Bay.

Downstairs

 

The entrance hall leads to a lounge and dining room with separate kitchen off the dining room. The lounge, with beamed ceiling, comfortable sofas and television is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Across the entrance hall is the dining room also with beamed ceiling and original slate floor.  The  kitchen comes fully equipped with, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. A door leads from the kitchen to the rear garden.

On the ground floor is a shower room with hand basin and w/c.

 

Upstairs

 

Located on the first floor are the 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double and single bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds and the third a single bed. Duvet pillows and blankets are provided. There is also a bathroom on this floor with bath, hand basin and w/c

The Garden

 

The shared garden (on 3 sides of the cottages)is the perfect place to watch the world go by and enjoy the spectacular views of Solva harbour and St Brides Bay. The paved terrace to the front of the cottages is the perfect place to relax with a drink after a long day.

 

Heating

 

Each cottage has full central heating.

On the ground floor is the third bedroom, with bunk beds, and also the bathroom with roll top bath, hand basin and w/c.

Upstairs

 

Located on the first floor, is the master bedroom with a king size bed and the second bedroom with a double and a single bed.  Duvets, pillows and blankets are provided.  There is a cloakroom with hand basin and w/c on this floor.

The Drive

 

The drive leads to the cottages with ample parking.  A torch is advisable when walking back after a night out.

Linen

 

Please note we do not supply any bed linen or towels. Visitors will need to bring their own sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels etc.
